This afternoon we drove to Wally with Rosie on the back, ready for our trip to Adelaide. We stopped off at Bi-Lo in Tenterfield on the way and bought a cooked chook to have for dinner along with baked potatoes, sour cream and tomatoes.
The chillies at Wally were ready to be picked, so I picked them , char grilled them and bottled them in olive oil.
They will go to Adelaide too!

Thses veges were baked in the oven with a little olive oil,when cooked cream, salt and pepper were added,then served with penne pasta. Dinner's ready!
