Day 69


DINNER: Pizza...Base from Baker's Delight with tomato paste, caramelised onions, garlic, mushrooms, cooked chicken pieces, grated cheese.

Day 68

LUNCH: Prawns on skewers with salad.
DINNER: Roasted chicken (halved and flattened out) with potatoes, kumara, onions, peas and beans.

Day 67


DINNER: Fish with salad.

Day 66


DINNER: Salmon Pasta.

Fry garlic, onion and capsicum, add sweet potato, zucchini,spinach,coriander, parmesan, Tabasco, dill on top...with fettucine.

Day 65


DINNER: Chicken thighs, stuffed with stuffed with spinach and ricotta, with roasted potato wedges, mushrooms, zucchini, capsicum...drizzled with olive oil and sprinkled with mint and dill before baking. Garnish with sour cream mango chutney and fresh parsley.

Day 64

MAINLY MUSIC: 6 cup slice with choc chips, cocoa, sultanas and walnuts.
DINNER: Steak on BBQ, with tomato and mushroom pasta (onions and garlic fried in olive oil, add kumara, chopped tomatoes, thyme, oregano, small can mushrooms...small shell pasta)

Day 62 and 63


After breakfast at Wally we drove to Anth and Serena's at Goonellabah to babysit Kirra and Zac. We had chicken with salad for dinner.

The next night for dinner, we had crumbed fish with warm potato salad ( potatoes, kumara, mint, parsley, coriander and mayonnaise), and salad.

Day 61


LUNCH: Sandwiches with left-over corned beef.

DINNER: Chicken sausages with mushrooms.

Day 60


DINNER: Corned beef and veges...Potatoes, onions, sweet potato, zucchini. The veges were cooked in the same pot as the corned beef. They were added about half-way through the cooking. White sauce was added when served.

Day 59


LUNCH: Cheese and tomato on toast.

DINNER: Curried chicken mince with mashed potato and kumara.

The chicken mince had leek, garlic, capsicum, curry pdr, flour,capers, corn, peas, cocnut cream and water added.
