Days 320 to 324

Wednesday, BBQ Thai pork with cous cous. Thursday we had Tajine with beef, chilli, cabbage, parsley,can tomatoes can chick peas, onion, with rice. On Friday we had chicken tajine with macaroni. On Saturday we had butterflied leg of lamb on the BBQ, with stuffed pumpkin, potatoes and beans.
Tonight we had baked chicken legs with vegetable tajine.
For dessert we had oaty, apple crumble

Days 313 to 319

The photos for these few days are not in any particular order.

Unfortunately I have no idea how to re-arrange them! On Sunday we were on our way from Broken Hill to Coonamble. We stopped at a serive station in Wilcannia for hamburgers for lunch.

On Sunday night we arrived at Bob and Bev's. Bev had cooked us all a lovely curry plus a yummy rice dessert.

On Monday we travelled from Coonamble to Wally.

For dinner that night I cooked chicken fettucine....no photo.


Tonight, Tuesday, we were back at Wally...we had lasagne with corn, spinach and onion.

On Saturday we went to the movies and saw, "Beneath Hill 60", then went out and had a big Sicilian Pizza....delicious!

Tonight, Friday, we had big, fat Broken Hill sausages in the skillet with red onion, roasted capsicum, can of tomatoes, chilli powder, plus potatoes, kumara and broccoli, all with a dollop of sour cream.

Thursday night we had T-bone steaks on the BBQ with potatoes, pumpkin, peas and carrots.
