Days 335 to 339
For lunch today we had pea and ham soup in the courtyard...always better the next day!
For dinner we had savoury mince with brown rice.
Being Friday, Dave bought some flake and Balmain Bugs from the local fish man. For dinner we had fish and bugs with warm potato salad and garden salad.
Tonight it was beef, tomato and chick pea tajine with macaroni.
On Sunday I cooked home-made rissoles accompanied by mashed potato, kumara and cauliflower au gratin.
On Monday, for Mainly Music, I made coconut jam slice.
For dinner on Monday we had creamy salmon... with onions, capsicum,kumara, mushrooms, shallots, sour crream, milk, chilli pdr... and rice
