Days 320 to 324

Wednesday, BBQ Thai pork with cous cous. Thursday we had Tajine with beef, chilli, cabbage, parsley,can tomatoes can chick peas, onion, with rice. On Friday we had chicken tajine with macaroni. On Saturday we had butterflied leg of lamb on the BBQ, with stuffed pumpkin, potatoes and beans.
Tonight we had baked chicken legs with vegetable tajine.
For dessert we had oaty, apple crumble
