Tuesday was our first night of cooking in Rosie... we had chicken with onion, can of tomatoes, and cheese on top...with a bottle of red.Wednesday we had been driving a fair bit today, so had left-overs from last night on
halved bread rolls, in toaster oven, with cheese melted on top....with a bottle of Cab Sav.
Thursday we were at Castlemaine in Victoria.
We bought a New York steak from a gourmet butcher, and cooked it on the baby Q.
With it we had fresh cooked mushrooms, gathered this afternoon at the
Botanic Gardens next door to the caravan park.
There were hundreds of them growing under the trees.

Friday night. After an interesting day in Castlemaine, we had sausages on BBQ with tomatoes, avocado, mushrooms, onions...enjoyed with a beer.
On Saturday we were at Ballarat, ready for Soverein Hill tomorrow. for dinner we had steaks on the BBQ with baked potatoes, mushrooms, avocado and tomatoes. For dessert we had strawberries in raspberry yoghurt...all enjoyed with a bottle of Rose.
