DINNER: Chicken thighs, stuffed with stuffed with spinach and ricotta, with roasted potato wedges, mushrooms, zucchini, capsicum...drizzled with olive oil and sprinkled with mint and dill before baking. Garnish with sour cream mango chutney and fresh parsley.
MAINLY MUSIC: 6 cup slice with choc chips, cocoa, sultanas and walnuts.
DINNER: Steak on BBQ, with tomato and mushroom pasta (onions and garlic fried in olive oil, add kumara, chopped tomatoes, thyme, oregano, small can mushrooms...small shell pasta)
DINNER: Corned beef and veges...Potatoes, onions, sweet potato, zucchini. The veges were cooked in the same pot as the corned beef. They were added about half-way through the cooking. White sauce was added when served.
