Day 54
DINNER: Prawns with cous cous. Prawns- fry off garlic, ginger and chilli pdr in olive oil. At the last minute cook the prawns in same pan. COUs cous- lightly cook spinach, boil eggs, chop shallots, parsley and coriander, add squeeze of lemon juice. Add olives and fetta cheese.
