Day 83


Today we went for a drive up to Stanthorpe and checked out a couple of antique shops. We had yummy pies for lunch at Vincenzo's at Stanthorpe.

DINNER: Salmon pasta bake with roasted vegetables.

Day 82


For lunch we bought foccacia from Hanks, with chicken, avocado, cranberry and salad, on our way up to Wally with Bryan, Kathy and Joe.

DINNER: Roast lamb with rosemary, garlic and lemon, with baked potatoes, kumara, snow peas (Bryan grew them!) and gravy. For dessert we had mulberry cobbler with custard. The mulberries were picked at Wally.

Day 81




LUNCH: Prawns and salad rolls.


DINNER: Baked salmon with cous cous....Salmon was baked in foil....the cous cous had spinach, parsley, tomato, olive oil, Moroccan seasoning, sultanas and flaked almonds.

Day 78, 79 and 80

DINNER: T-bones on BBQ with mashed potato and kumara, broad beans and zucchini.
The next night we had dinner at Victoria's following the auction for Kent Street.
The following day, Bryan and Kathy arrived to spend a few days. We had Boscaiola with chicken, mushrooms, bacon and fettuccine.

Day 76 and 77


DINNER: Pizza on Baker's Delight base, with banana, cabanossi, tomato paste, cheese.
LUNCH: Enchiladas with salad and bread rolls....Anth, Serena, Kirra and Zac came for lunch.
DINNER: Baked potato with sour cream, tomato, lettuce and cheese.

Day 75


FRIANDS: Today I made friands to take to Dave and Leah's tomorrow for their 6th wedding anniversary.

DINNER: Omelette...onions, mushroom, capsicum, spinach.

Day 73 and 74


Today we had dinner at Valley Harvest with Ed and Sharyn.

AFTERNOON TEA: Old friends of Dave's, Angela and Rod from Rylestone, now Wangee, called so we had 6 cup slice for afternoon tea.
DINNER: Chicken from chicken shop stuffed with apricot and macadamia, with Cous cous. All the veges in the cous cous were from our vege garden...broccoli, spinach, chives, mint, broad beans, coriander, drizzle of olive oil and Moroccan reasoning.
